How long does your hair have to be?

  • Your hair should be at least a quarter inch long. Usually about two or three weeks growth from last shave.

How long will waxing last?

  • Typically facial and underarm services last 2/3 weeks and body services last 4/6 weeks until you need to wax again. Results vary depending upon how long an individual has been waxing and aftercare regiments.

After care instructions?

  • Avoid swimming, tanning, heavy exercise, or things that will cause excessive sweating or chaffing for the first 24-48 hours.
  • Exfoliate area 2 days after wax and continue to exfoliate 2-3 times a weeks in between waxes.
  • Moisturize your skin regularly.

Does waxing hurt?

  • Pain level varies per individual, but discomfort decreases with waxing on a regular schedule. If needed ibuprofen can be taken 30 minutes before your appointment to ease discomfort.

Will my skin be irritated after waxing?

  •  Irritation and break outs are common. ibuprofen can be taken to minimize swelling, and exfoliating helps to clear any break outs.

Can I wax on my cycle?

  • Though you are more sensitive during this time you are able to wax. Please just put in a new tampon before your appointment.

Can I wax while pregnant?

  • Yes, waxing while pregnant is safe.
